Our Story
Horology House Spirits was founded by Nacho and Daniel - Two figures deeply rooted in the world of fine watchmaking and the creative minds behind BOKEN Watches.

United by a shared obsession with detail, craft, and the rhythm of time, they saw a natural connection between horology and distilling. Both worlds demand precision. Both reward patience. And both create objects of meaning; designed not to be rushed, but to be appreciated.
So began Horology House Spirits with a mission to distil the spirit of horology itself.
Our first expression, Cask & Crown, is a 14-year-old English single malt finished in a rare Jack Daniel’s Frank Sinatra cask. Crafted in small batches, non-chill filtered, and naturally coloured, it embodies everything we admire in great watches: character, complexity, and timeless appeal.
